At NCN NYC, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or you may have changed your mind. That's why we offer a simple and hassle-free returns policy.

Our Returns Policy:

You may return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. The product must be in its original condition and packaging, and all accessories and manuals must be included.

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used products
• Products that are not in their original condition and packaging
• Products with missing accessories
• Products that were purchased more than 30 days ago

How to initiate a return:

Once we receive the product and confirm that it is in its original condition and packaging, we will issue a full refund to the original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
